Refund & Return Policy

At Plush Fashion Hub, we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, our return process is outlined below to ensure clarity and fairness for all customers.
1. Return Window & Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
Timeframe: Items must be initiated for return within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date.
Condition: Items must be in their original, pristine condition—unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free of any odors (perfume, smoke, etc.). All original tags and packaging must be intact.
Documentation: A valid order number or original sales receipt is required to validate the transaction.
2. Refund Method & Applicable Fees
Store Credit: Returns for preferences (e.g., "change of mind," style preference, or fit) are issued via Store Credit only. We do not offer cash or credit card refunds for non-defective items.
Restocking Fee: A processing and sanitation fee of 3% of the item’s purchase price (or a minimum of $5.75, whichever is greater) will be deducted from the total store credit amount.
Non-Refundable Costs: Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
3. Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene, safety standards, and the nature of certain products, the following items are strictly Final Sale and cannot be returned:
Intimates: Lingerie, hosiery, swimwear, or bodysuits.
Personal Care: Beauty, cosmetic, and skincare products.
Jewelry: Earrings and all pierced jewelry.
Clearance: Any items marked "Final Sale" or purchased from specific clearance collections.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Process: Email info@plushfashionhub.us with your Order Number and clear photographic evidence of the defect or the incorrect item received.
Resolution: Once verified, we will provide a prepaid shipping label and offer a replacement or full refund to your original payment method.
5. Shipping & Logistics
Responsibility: Except in cases of merchant error (damaged/incorrect items), the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Tracking: We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service with insurance. Plush Fashion Hub is not responsible for return packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.
6. Fair Use & Account Integrity
To protect our community and maintain sustainable operations, we monitor return frequency and patterns.
Account Review: Accounts exhibiting high-volume return activity (defined as an average exceeding 3 returns per month) will be flagged for internal review.
Policy Enforcement: We reserve the right to offer personalized sizing consultations, limit future purchasing abilities, or transition specific accounts to "Final Sale Only" status if return patterns remain unsustainable.
