🔄 Return Window & Eligibility

  • 30-Day Policy: We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Condition: To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or receipt is required for all returns.

💳 Refund Method & Fees

  • Change of Mind: Returns for "change of heart" or fit preferences are issued exclusively as Store Credit.

  • Restocking Fee: A processing and sanitation fee of 3% of the item's price (or $5.75, whichever is greater) will be deducted from your credit.

  • Original Shipping: Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are Final Sale:

  • Intimates, lingerie, swimwear, or bodysuits.

  • Beauty, cosmetic, and personal care products.

  • Earrings and pierced jewelry.

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or from specific clearance collections.

🤝 Fair Use & Shopping Integrity

To maintain a sustainable shopping experience for all our customers, we monitor return frequency:

  • High-Volume Returns: Accounts demonstrating a pattern of excessive returns (averaging more than 3 per month) will be flagged for a personalized review.

  • Review Process: Our team will reach out to offer styling or sizing assistance to ensure a better shopping experience. We reserve the right to limit future purchases or transition accounts to "Final Sale" status if return activity remains unsustainable.

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@plushfashionhub.us. Please include:

  1. Your Order Number.

  2. Clear photos of the damage or the incorrect item received.

🚚 Shipping Your Return

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
