Stand on a flat surface and measure from the back of your heel to the tip of your longest toe. Use the longer foot if they differ.
Ring Size
Wrap a thin strip of paper or string around the base of your finger, mark where it overlaps, and measure the length in millimeters. Match to the Inner Circumference column above.

- Documentation: A valid order number or original sales receipt is required to validate the transaction.
2. Sizing & Fit — Exchange First
Because sizing is one of the most common fit challenges, Plush Fashion Hub strongly encourages exchanges over returns for size-related issues. Please consult our Size Guide on every product page before ordering to minimize fit surprises.
- Exchange Process: To request a size exchange, email info@plushfashionhub.us with your Order Number and the size you need. Exchanges are subject to availability and must meet all eligibility conditions in Section 1.
- Note: Size-related returns that are not exchanged will be processed as Store Credit only (see Section 3).
3. Refund Method & Applicable Fees
- Store Credit Only: We do not offer cash or credit card refunds. All approved returns are issued as Store Credit, which can be applied to any future purchase on plushfashionhub.com.
- Restocking Fee: A processing and sanitation fee of 3% of the item's purchase price (or a minimum of $5.75, whichever is greater) will be deducted from the total store credit amount.
- Non-Refundable Costs: Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
4. Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase, as no exceptions will be made. This policy ensures prompt processing and fulfillment of every order.
5. Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items
All items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds. All sales on these items are final. This includes all discounted, clearance, and promotional items.
Due to hygiene, safety standards, and the nature of certain products, the following items are strictly Final Sale and cannot be returned:
- Intimates: Lingerie, hosiery, swimwear, or bodysuits.
- Personal Care: Beauty, cosmetic, and skincare products.
- Jewelry: Earrings and all pierced jewelry.
- Clearance: Any items marked "Final Sale" or purchased from specific clearance collections, discounted and promotional items.

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Process: Email info@plushfashionhub.us with your Order Number and clear photographic evidence of the defect or the incorrect item received.
- Resolution: Once verified, we will provide a prepaid shipping label and offer a replacement or full store credit to your account.

- Responsibility: Except in cases of merchant error (damaged/incorrect items), the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
